Installation Warranty
This warranty is not transferable. This means that a new windshield or back glass will be properly installed and sealed by knowledgeable technicians that are certified professionals with the proper credentials and ongoing training for safety and standard. It will not leak unless it is broken or the vehicle rusts around it. (See exclusion for details). This warranty covers only the repair or replacement mentioned above and does not cover any, incidental, indirect or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement by authorized Lake Car Glass, Inc. location.
Warranty Details
This warranty does not cover windshield and back glass leakage or stress cracks due to any rust in the pinchweld area. We will use reasonable efforts to advise customers of the existence of such damage or rust prior to removal of existing glass. Damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. Any rust repairs needed in pinchweld are the sole responsibilities of the vehicle owner.
For all moveable glass any additional repairs needed such as door lock jammed as result of glass breakage, latch or hinges damaged or broken, regulator is bent it has jumped off tack or has rusted, control switches damaged, shorted or not functioning, power connection damaged or broken, moulding around door glass is bent or broken, door panel missing plastic inserts or screws are sole responsibilities of the vehicle owner.
